At Bluebell Specialist Support Ltd we do not solely concentrate on making profits, we also invest a lot of time money and effort within the local community. Unlike other employment agencies who state they are "community driven", we can actually demonstrate what real community work
we are involved with. Bluebell work closely with our partners and clients to sponsor community linked developments throughout South Wales.

Bluebell work closely with ACOP Training who provide a second to none service. ACOP train many of our plant operators to CPCS level. We believe that by using local companies the community will flourish and bring together the team spirit that is needed to build a healthy community.

Remploy

"At Remploy, we believe in greater inclusion and equality for disabled people through sustainable employment. This belief shapes our passion and commitment to equip disabled people with the skills and confidence they need to build enduring careers." Bluebell work closely with Remploy Swansea by selecting appropriate candidates with minor learning difficulties who are totally competent, confident and experienced within the construction industry but the individuals may have reading or writing issues. Bluebell have interviewed, selected and employed 6 workers introduced by Remploy during the last quarter.

Bwlch Rangers

Bwlch Rangers AFC are based In the south of Llanelli. Bluebell has been providing Bwlch Rangers with both home and away kits and financial assistance since 2008. We believe that by investing in local sports groups the community will flourish and bring together the team spirit that is needed to build a healthy community.





Providence Training

At Bluebell we have many positions operating plant machinery within the quarry and mining industries. Many of our workers are highly experienced in quarries and mines but due to safety aspects and current legislation we cannot place them into these jobs until they pass their SPA/Epic quarry pass. Bluebell appoint and finance Providence Training Ltd to conduct 2 day courses to enable our plant operators to obtain their quarry pass. This ensures that experienced workers within the community are able to get jobs that they wouldn't otherwise have had without our investment.

Barry Training Servcies

At Bluebell we have many positions for Trades, labour and operating plant machinery within the PowerStation and steel works industries. Our workers are highly experienced in Trades, labour and operating plant machinery but due to safety aspects and current legislation we cannot place them into these jobs until they pass their CCNSG PowerStation and steel works pass. Bluebell appoint Barry Training Services Ltd to conduct 2 day courses to enable our workers to obtain their CCNSG. This ensures that experienced workers within the community are able to get jobs that they wouldn't otherwise have had without our investment.

Scarlets

Bluebell works closely with the Scarlets rugby team by being a member of the business club and having pitch sponsorship. We believe that by investing in local sports groups the community will flourish and bring together the team spirit that is needed to build a healthy community.

Kilgetty AFC under 16s

Killgetty AFC - Under 16s Killgetty AFC is based near Tenby in south Pembrokeshire. Bluebell Services Ltd has been providing Killgetty AFC under 16s team with their annual submission to Killgetty Sports centre where they train weekly. This means that all the under 16s no longer need to find the submission fee which may have prevented them from attending. We believe that by investing in local sports groups the community will flourish and bring together the team spirit that is needed to build a healthy community.





Ffoslas Race Course

Since Ffos Las opened in 2009 Bluebell have invested by attending regular meetings and having a trackside advertising board. We feel that by providing local financial assistance both Ffos Las and Bluebell will help the community by assuring the future of local jobs.

Brynamman RFC

Jobmatch Funding

During September 2010 Bluebell worked closely with the Jobmatch funding Scheme in securing funding for 22 workers in the Merthyr Tydfil area to obtain their CPCS for Heavy Plant Machinery. After completing their CPCS training we took on a contract where we placed each of the 22 workers in long-term work. This ensured that experienced workers within the community were able to get jobs that they wouldn’t otherwise have had without our involvement.
